A confidential email is a password protected email that comes with a unique date that has an expiring date and time. This post will show you how to send confidential email from your Gmail. With a confidential email, you can set the link to open the email to expire in 24 hours – that’s almost like a read once email.
Recipients of confidential email don’t have the option to forward, copy, print, or download the email.
On your Gmail, click on ‘Compose’ to compose your email. Click on ‘Confidential mode’ with a padlock icon at the bottom of the compose area.

In the pop up box that appear, you’ll need to set the period the confidential email will last before expiration i.e 1 day, 1 week, 1 month etc and send your email
