A windows PC user account is a set of settings and permissions that determines what a user can and cannot do on the PC and the settings and permissions are specific to a user. For instance, you can create a user account for your children on a shared family PC and the children’s account will be restricted to certain files and permissions.
To create a user account on your windows PC, open your cPanel, search for or navigate to ‘User Accounts’. Click on ‘Manage another account’.

In the next window, click on ‘Add a new user in PC settings’

In the next window that opens, if you are using windows 8 you will be able to create the profile in the next page that open and you can set the necessary permissions. If you are using Windows 10, a new window will open prompting you to sign in with your Microsoft account or create a new sign-in account, follow the steps to add a new account.
