This post will show you how to set double or more line spacing on MS word document. I’m using MS word 2010 for the demonstration.
On your word document, go to page layout and under paragraph locate ‘Spacing’

By default, if ‘Before’ and ‘After’ point (pt) are either 0 or Auto, it means the line spacing is normal. To increase the line spacing top or bottom, use before and after respectively to increase the line spacing
