Let’s say you want to publish 6 posts daily (2 morning, afternoon and evening each) and you will not be avilable the next day to write and publish the post on timely basis, post schedule functionality can help you fix this.
On your WordPress editor (availbale on classic editor and new wordpress editor), click on ‘Publish’ and under ‘Publish: Immediately’ collapse the arrow
Select the date and time you want the post to be publish.
Scroll up and click on ‘Schedule’
