This post will show you how to setup floating app (application you can move the window from one point to another) on Android phone.
On your Android phone, go to recently opened applications section in most Android phone your press the left or drag slowly from the buttom.
From the image above, i want to make the Coursera app a floating app on my phone. Tap on
Tap on the three dot on top (by the app name) and select floating window. the app will open in a floating window and you can now resize the app and drag the app to different position on the phone screen.
